HOW MANY GUEST DO I NEED TO BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY?
You must have 12 guest or more for private parties. A travel and set up fee of $150 will be applied if we travel to your location of choice which includes travel less than 20 miles from 90015. We are able to travel further beyond 20 miles for an additional fee. There is no additional fee if you have Paint Party on one of our scheduled Paint events on Calender.
BOOKING
A deposit is required (5 seat non-refundable minimum deposit of $175) to book your private party. Remaining balance of the 12 guest minimum is due 1 week before your party. Each additional guests $35.
ABOUT YOUR PARTY & WHAT WE PROVIDE
Private Events are approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours in length for instruction and a small break for dry time. We will provide all participants with a 16 X 20 canvas, easels, brushes, paints, aprons and paper products. An Instructor will work with you and your guests to re-create the featured painting that was selected by you. When setting your private event start time, please keep in mind this is the time instruction will begin; please have your guests arrive a little early to get ready to paint & party. We can bring the paint party to you, your business or favorite restaurant.
FOOD & DRINK
You are resposible for any food & drink at paint party(cups, plates, utensils, napkins) You are welcome to bring whatever you like. Food and Drinks are not included in the Paint Party price. We provide you and each of your guest with with a 16 X 20 canvas, easels, brushes, paints, aprons, paper products and instructor.
CANCELLATION
We require at least a one week (7 days) notice if you should need to cancel. If you fail to give us at least a one week (7 days) notice from your scheduled date, you will be charged a cancelation fee in the amount of $150.00
